Shuttle kiln can be made into modular design according to the different characteristics and the firing cycle of the products the firing cycle is flexible and adjustable electric kiln cart drive system, electric trainsit cart, stable and reliable using a combustion system with pulsed and proportional control, in different temperature zones to achieve large, small fire control, reduce the energy consumption in maximum extent The airflow is stirring fully inside the kiln, and the kiln atmosphere is uniform Using lightweight, low heat rejection fiber module, greatly reduce the weight/density of the kiln, improve furnace insulation performance, effectively reduce the energy consumption.
   
 
Drying furnace can make modular design according to the different characteristics and the firing cycle of the products PID automatic temperature control, the drying cycle is flexible and adjustable, hydraulic furnace gate lifting system is stable and reliable The drying system adopts the hot air circulation, to minimize energy consumption reasonable fan configuration and internal pipeline arrangement, so that the furnace aireflow being stirring completely, and ensure the product is uniform in drying process the system can be equipped with independent steam introduction interface/inlet to achieve flexible control of humidity
 
 
   
The electric heat treatment furnace is used for large size steelware heat treatment. We collaborate with Drayton company, designed and manufactured the full automatic heat treatment bogie hearth furnace, it adopts Kanthal heating elements and Daniels high temperature stirring fan, British Newtronic thyrioster, British Eurotherm control system, Japan ISOLITE high temperature fibre to control the temperature. It could achieve 1020 centi degree, with load max. 224T.
   
 
The roller kiln is used for firing the tile and tableware mostly, it is of module box design and assemble at site. It realize the automatic production, high consistency and reduce the loabor intensity and cost. The fuel can be desiel, natural gas, LPG and etc. It consists of steel structure, refractory material, airpipe line, combustion system, gas or oil pipline, driving system, temperature control system, safty safeguard system. The product will be carried by the ceramic rollers and complete the process of pre-heating, firing and cooling.
