Structure description:
1.Without electricity power for forming background magnetic field.
Use vary specifications in strength of rare earthmetal compounds (neodymium,
iron, boron) to make powerful magnets. When grouped, it can form magnetic
poles and equal magnetic field acting as magnetic background of the machine.
2.Use magnetic increasing & storing units to strengthen the
magnetic power.The increase and storage of magnetic power is carried out
by high magnetic rate materials (¦Ì¡Ý106), after processed, according to
the effect of reluctivity against magnetic field, it can gather the separated
magnetic force so as to increase the magnetic field.
3.The power of magnetic field is created by magnetic poles. Use high magnetic
rate multi-layer filiform magnetism gathering agents (magnetic poles),
which can be magnetized by background magnetic field and create powerful
working magnetic field around the surface. The highest magnetic force
can be more powerful times than that of magnet surface. For the weak magnetic
impurities (k¡Ö100¡Á10-6cm3/g) and fine magnetic grits (d¡Ö42¦Ìm,namely 325
mesh), it can have good removal effect.
4.Cleaning in time and automatic control program. Magnetism quits when
cleaning with automatic control, which can make it clean and effectively
on time, recover and maintain the magnetic force without manual operation.
That is good for stable product quality.

efficiency can be over 90% for ceramic slip (glaze or body materials).
It can remove the strong or weak magnetic materials (k¡Ý100¡Á-10-6cm3/g)
and fine magnetic grit with diameter d¡Ý42¦Ìm,namely 325 mesh.
