Electronic belt scale consist of mechanical weighting unit and
control meter. Mechanical part consists of feeding box, weighting device,
belt-tension Auto-adjusting device, drive and speed deceasing
device, load sensor. The high-precise load sensor linearly converts the
change in weight of powder into electrical signal, and the controlmeter
will automatically adjust speed of belt according to the electrical signal
in order to keep the flux rate of powder stable. |
