| 1. Equipment description
The machine consists of deposit concentrated pool, medicament soluble ware, piping mixer, pressurizing pump and main machine of belt type press filter, which is a kind of liquid and solid separator. The working process: the slurry firstly deposit and concentrate inside the deposit concentrated pool and then pipe the slurry, the slurry mix with the flocculation which is melt with certain chroma, and the solid grains are flocculated as floc to separate water. And then send to main machine of belt type filter, pass through (pre-dehydrate ware) gravity dehydrate area, cuneal dehydrate area, press and filter dehydrate area and then pipe out in the form of filter cake. |
