| Nano Wax Polishing Machine |

| This machine is used for anti fouling & polishing the tiles after polished. It can greatly improve the gloss degree of polishing tile, which can reach over 90¡ã.
This machine adopts 8 heads + 8 heads two sets of fix type polishing machine to polish, with 90¡ã turning device between two nano polishing machines. It can polish the polishing tile from two directions to make the polishing surface more even and glossy.
The polishing heads use radial type transmission structure, small polishing heads not only can self-rotate, but also can revolve around the big polishing heads, so as to increase the contact area of polishing disc and tile and thus improve tiles gloss degree and color luster.
Use two types of abrasive tool: nylon disc and woolen disc, which can increase the touching face area to the tile and avoid the heat produced by attrition and affecting the color of the tiles.
This machine is equipped with air discharge system which can remove the smell inside the nano polishing machine by negative pressure of the fan. After that, the air settles down in water to prevent the pollution of the nano liquid wax.
